Imperfect is my perfection!

Obviously, I have been a holiday blog slacker........a posting blog slacker at least. I have spent a lot of down time checking out other people's blogs. I have to say that I am always amazed at the awesomely creative crafts, perfectly baked treats and crazy cool ideas other bloggy moms seem to pull off! Seriously, am I the only one who is usually up to her eye balls in laundry, barely has time for a shower and spends all of her free time wiping up spilled milk and scraping goo off something? I am shocked at the images of perfection some mamas portray on their blogs! Hey, if they really have time to sew matching outfits for every occasion, bake perfect cookies and make Martha Stewart-like crafts all while staying on top of all the normal mommy stuff......they are better women than me!!!

However, this is how we roll around here:Here are our snowy day sock snowmen. You need an old sock, some kind of filling, old ribbon, markers and twigs. We had a hard time with the twig part! We were stuck in the house due to a big freeze and EVERYTHING was encased in several layers of ice. Luckily, we had some fresh greenery in the house to pull from. As you can see, the kiddos were still in their pj's. They didn't get out of them till Daddy Oz came home and took them out in the snow!

Here are my snow bunnies all bundled up and ready to head out for some snowy fun!!
