Projects and a Party!

I finally had time for a little craftiness this weekend. Thanks to "blog world" I have found so many cute projects and ideas that I want to try. I got this thrifty idea from Harrington House (her style is right up my alley!).

This dress is from Wal-Mart. They have really cute stuff ya'll!But, I gave it a little touch of diva....southern style by adding some 99 cent iron on monograms from Hobby Lobby.......super-easy, super-cheap, super-cute!Then, Karson wore it to my high school BFF's (Casey) daughter, Ayla's, 3rd birthday bash. Here is gorgeous Miss Ayla eating some yummy pizza!

It is so fun to see our kids hanging out together. Although, it would be more like "old times" if they were eating chicken on a stick!
Casey made this amazing cake! If you look real close at the bottom right hand corner, you can see some little Brady finger tracks! Yikes! I could have died!
Here is my other little project. I made another easy tote bag using web-fuse, font cut-outs and scrap material.
